Ch’ien is a curated marketplace and creative community built around clothing, objects, artwork, books, collectibles, and the people behind them. Every profile begins with the person, not the product.

Rather than accepting everyone, we build a community of artists, collectors, designers, makers, and creative individuals whose work and values contribute something meaningful.
Are all items authentic?
Every item is represented honestly to the best of our knowledge.
Known flaws, repairs, alterations, or uncertainties are disclosed whenever possible. If you have questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to provide additional photos or information.
Are items new or used?
Most marketplace items are vintage, pre-owned, handmade, one-of-one, or collected over time.
Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Because many pieces are vintage, one-of-one, handmade, or pre-owned, all sales are generally considered final.
If an item arrives materially different from its description, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll work with you toward a fair resolution.
How do I know if something will fit?
Measurements are provided whenever possible.
We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own rather than relying solely on the tagged size.
What are “ego prices?”
Some items come directly from my personal collection.
“Ego prices” represent pieces I’m still emotionally attached to. If someone values them enough to purchase them, I’m happy knowing they’ll continue their story somewhere else.
Can I become a Community Member?
Absolutely!
Visit the Community Application page to apply.
Applications are reviewed individually to ensure each member contributes positively to the community.
How do Community Members sell?
Approved members send their product information and photographs to Ch’ien.
Listings are reviewed, created, and published before becoming available in the Community Market.
How are Community Members paid?
Members receive payouts according to the Seller Agreement and Payout Schedule provided after acceptance into the community.
